Quail West Charming Courtyard

This large Quail West estate sported a dark, outdated courtyard with overgrown plants, preventing homeowners from enjoying the space. The project’s interior designer reimagined the space to create a clean ambiance with light colored materials, brightening the area while offering homeowners a place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. A pergola was added to define a seating space and features the latest technology with a louvered roof that automatically closes upon sensing rain, has integrated LED lighting, a fan and downspouts. The adjacent water fountain is made out of a carved bamboo marble block, providing a calming water sound.
