The Ivy will feature custom cabinetry by EDGE throughout its key living spaces, including the kitchen, family/great room, and master bath, in a coastal modern aesthetic with neutral color tones and refined design elements. In the kitchen, homeowners will enjoy the beauty and functionality of double kitchen islands with maple cabinetry in a sophisticated hearthstone grey finish with standard ¾-inch thick doors and top knobs in brushed satin nickel hardware.

The master bath will be an opulent sanctuary highlighted by vanity cabinets in hearthstone grey and adorned with polished chrome hardware by Schaub. In the family room, EDGE will create custom floating shelves with integrated lighting channels and cabinetry from maple wood with an ashen finish to enhance its modern coastal appeal.

In totality, The Ivy will encompass 6,426 square feet in a single level with four bedrooms, five full baths and one half-bath, an expansive great room, a private study and butler’s pantry, a large outdoor living area with summer kitchen. The Ivy is scheduled for completion in winter 2024.

In Quail West, EDGE has been commissioned to create custom cabinetry in The St. Thomas spec home’s kitchen and great room in a coastal-inspired modern design with serene, neutral hues. The kitchen will showcase exquisite custom cabinetry featuring double islands crafted from maple wood in a luxurious Havana bronze finish, accented with ash gray hardware. A custom, square profile design 48-inch wide by 48-inch-high wood range hood, matching the Havana bronze island color, will create a striking centerpiece. Further enhancing the kitchen’s appeal, the perimeter will feature stacked cabinets with aluminum framed doors in an agreeable grey finish, clear glass inserts and ash gray touch latches. A spacious butler’s pantry will mirror this design with aluminum framed doors and clear glass inserts.

In The St. Thomas’ great room, EDGE will create an impressive focal point with custom, 21-inch-deep open floating shelves, integrated routed lighting and 21-inch-deep touch latch bottom drawers. The maple wood species cabinetry will feature an agreeable grey finish paired with flat black hardware, to complement the room’s coastal-modern charm.

At completion in winter 2025, The St. Thomas spec home will span an impressive 6,780 total square feet with four bedrooms, five full baths and one half-bath, spacious kitchen with butler’s pantry, private study and flex room.
