The remodel, which began with a complete kitchen overhaul, has now expanded to the home’s outdoor spaces. Phase two focused on enhancing exterior living areas including a full pool and spa redesign, the addition of a raised sun deck and the creation of a new outdoor living area with a built-in fireplace. The outdoor kitchen, designed by EDGE, features a custom Danver kitchen with a stone-wrapped range hood, enhancing both form and function. A new pergola with a freestanding fire table and lounge seating provides a sophisticated retreat and conversation area while refreshed guest bedrooms improve the home’s welcoming ambiance.
