EDGE, an award-winning interior design firm specializing in custom cabinetry and luxury interiors, announced it has been selected to design the new Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association (RPCRA) headquarters.
“We are pleased to contribute to this project and help meet the needs of RPCRA’s 10,000-plus members and Southwest Florida’s growing real estate community,” said Adriene Ged, EDGE Director of Interior Design. “Our team is delivering inspiring spaces reflecting RPCRA’s professionalism and forward-thinking approach, improving the experience for all who use it.”
Located at 5265 Summerlin Commons Blvd. in Fort Myers, the two-story commercial building will span approximately 24,695 square feet. The headquarters will include a state-of-the-art multi-purpose training rooms for continued real estate education, modern conference rooms and private offices for member services, multi-purpose spaces for events and networking opportunities and covered patios to complement RPCRA’s vision for collaboration and community building.
The project represents EDGE’s second collaborative effort with architectural firm Studio A.D. and contractor Stevens Construction.
Interior design and finish selections are scheduled for finalization in January 2025.
